Google Ads setup

Money leaves your account every month for search ads. What it buys is a number of clicks, and whether any of them became jobs is a matter of feel. Whoever set it up sends a report you nod at and privately cannot read.

I build the account in your name and aim it at the searches that mean somebody wants the job today, while blocking the ones that mean somebody is bored. The ads point at a page built to ask for the work, and conversion tracking ties each call and form fill back to the ad that caused it. You are present whenever spend changes. When it is working, the question of whether the ads paid for themselves has an actual answer.

Everything I set up for you goes in your name, on your own account, with your own email and your own card. I hold a login so the work can happen, and that is all I hold. If you ever stop paying, nothing turns off. The spend leaves your card, through your account, from the first day.

What this is not: no cold calling, no inbound phone handling, no appointment setting, and never custody of your card or your spend. Day-to-day campaign operation past setup is a separate conversation priced on its own, and one honest limit applies: under about forty dollars a day the platform cannot learn enough to be worth it, so if you cannot fund that, my advice is pause, not trim.
