Account ownership and business email

Somewhere out there is the login to your domain, your hosting, your email, your listing, or your ad account, and it is not in your hands. A vendor set it all up a few years back and has since stopped answering, or answers and still will not hand it over. You are paying for a website you cannot edit and possibly for ads you have never seen the inside of.

I inventory every account that touches your business, then get each one under your own login, your own email, your own card. What you get back is a written record of what exists, where it lives, and how to get into it. Where an old vendor truly will not release something, I document what is held and rebuild a fresh equivalent beside it, in your name, so the old account stops mattering. When this is done, you can log into everything you own.

Everything I set up for you goes in your name, on your own account, with your own email and your own card. I hold a login so the work can happen, and that is all I hold. If you ever stop paying, nothing turns off. On this page that is not a policy. It is the entire point.

What this is not: I do not become the next vendor holding your keys. No cold calling, no inbound phone handling, no appointment setting, and no custody of your card or your ad spend, ever.

Business email and account setup

Getting your domain, hosting, email, listing, and ad accounts back under your own login, with your own email and card on file. If a vendor holds the keys to your business, you do not have a business asset, you have a rental. Once you can log in, the website becomes fixable, and the ad accounts become yours to spend from, whether that is Google Ads or Meta ads.
