Your website is online, and you would not send anyone to it. Or it breaks in small ways nobody has fixed since the person who built it stopped answering, and you cannot edit it even if you wanted to. Or there is no site at all, and every customer has to take you on faith.
I fix the site you have or build the one you do not, and either way it ends up under your control. A new site is plain and quick and states what you do, what it costs, and how to hire you. An existing one gets repaired, updated, and kept honest: hours, prices, photos, the boring details customers actually check. Hosting is included in the monthly fee, on capacity I already run. When it is working, you send people the link without wincing.
Everything I set up for you goes in your name, on your own account, with your own email and your own card. I hold a login so the work can happen, and that is all I hold. If you ever stop paying, nothing turns off. What you are left with is a normal website, real files on a domain you own, that any competent person can host or edit.
What this is not: no cold calling, no inbound phone handling, no appointment setting, and never custody of your card or your ad spend. The site sells on the page. It does not staff a phone.
Website design and hosting
A site built for you, in your name, with hosting included in the monthly fee. Not a template you are stuck maintaining, and not a bill from a company you cannot reach. If the current site is held hostage by an old vendor, this usually starts with account cleanup.
Website maintenance and updates
Someone opens your site every month on purpose, fixes what broke, and changes the hours, prices, and photos when they change. The same facts go to your Google listing so the two stop disagreeing. Most small business sites go stale for one reason: nobody owns them.
Landing page design and testing
One page, one offer, built so the traffic you pay for lands somewhere that asks for the job. Then it gets changed based on what people actually do on it, with lead follow-up wired to catch what the page produces.
These usually travel together.
