Monthly marketing management
You never meant to hire a website person, an ads person, a listings person, and a CRM person. It happened one emergency at a time. Now several vendors each hold a piece of your business, none of them talk to each other, and the only one that contacts you regularly is the invoicing software.
Covered here
One retainer, one person, watching the whole thing. I notice when the site, the listing, the lead plumbing, or the follow-up breaks, and I fix it, and every month you get a short written recap: what was checked, what was fixed, what is queued. I also bring back research on what is working in your trade, as options with costs attached, and you decide what is worth doing. It runs $300 to $500 a month, usually $400, and it stands on its own with zero ad spend required.
Everything I set up for you goes in your name, on your own account, with your own email and your own card. I hold a login so the work can happen, and that is all I hold. If you ever stop paying, nothing turns off. The site, the listing, the accounts, the CRM: all yours, all of it surviving me.
What this is not: no cold calling, no inbound phone handling, no appointment setting, and never custody of your card or your spend. It is asynchronous by design, email plus one scheduled call a month plus a note whenever something gets fixed, with no on-call and no unscheduled ringing.

Monthly marketing management
The retainer itself. One person who owns the website, the Google listing, the lead plumbing, and the follow-up, notices when something breaks, and writes you the recap every month. The recap is the deliverable you actually feel, and its numbers come out of tracking and reporting.
