Marketing and business automation

The same small tasks run through your week on a loop: details retyped from an email into a quote, the same three follow-ups chased from memory, a job copied from a form into a calendar. Each one is minor. Together they are hours you never get back, and the whole system lives in one head, yours, which fails whenever that head takes a day off.

I map the repeat work and rebuild it inside the tools you already pay for, so the handoffs happen without anybody remembering them. Built once, tested, written down, left running on your accounts. The test of it is an ordinary Tuesday when nobody is watching: the quote still goes out, the reminder still goes out, the record still gets created.

Everything I set up for you goes in your name, on your own account, with your own email and your own card. I hold a login so the work can happen, and that is all I hold. If you ever stop paying, nothing turns off. The automations run on your licenses and your logins, so they keep running no matter what happens on my side.

What this is not: I do not automate conversations that need a human, and there is no cold calling, no live chat monitoring, no appointment setting, and no custody of your card or ad spend anywhere in it.

Marketing automation setup

The handoffs between your tools, built once so they stop living in somebody's head. The kind of automation that holds up unattended, not the kind that breaks on a Tuesday. When one does break, monthly management is the arrangement that catches it.

Email marketing automation

Follow-up sequences that go out on their own, written to sound like you rather than like a template. The sequence does the second and third touch. You do the conversation.

Business process automation

The repeat admin inside the business, the quoting, scheduling, and internal handoffs, absorbed by the system instead of by a person. If a task is identical every time, it is a candidate. For a full team rather than an owner-operator, the deeper version is RevOps.

AI workflow automation

AI in the loop where it genuinely saves an operator time, drafting, recapping, triaging. Used where it helps and left out where it does not, which is most places.
